Capital Laser offers laser hair removal for both men and women. Using FDA approved state-of-the-art technology such as the Candela GentleLASE and LightSheer Diode lasers, our technology, coupled with our expertise in the laser hair removal field, we are able to provide our clients with safe, relatively painless, and effective results.

Established in 2001, Capital Laser has specialized exclusively in laser hair removal and is a pioneer of the laser hair removal industry. Our certified laser specialists have over a decade of experience and have performed over 10 million shots at the same location. Our manager has over 13 years of experience with the laser technology. Most of our clients are referral-based and we have over an 80% return rate for other areas of the body.

All procedures are performed by experienced laser professionals who are certified by the Allied Health Association. We now offer laser hair removal courses through Capital Laser Institute (CLI).

All recipients are required to participate in a free consultation with Capital Laser for hair and skin candidacy evaluation.

River Riders is a Licensed Professional White Water Guide Service. Originally started in the early 70's by Frank Hubbard of Annandale, VA as Shenandoah River Rafters, River Riders has seen many progressions over the years. Originally we met people at the river, and guests ran their own shuttles. We purchased our original piece of property which was a converted gas station in 1987. In 1995 we demolished the original building and built the first stage of our current office. In 2003, we purchased 3 additional acres for expansion and began building the current facility you will see today. We would like to thank all of our long time and new guests for 30 plus years of growth by putting profits back into the business. No other outfitter in the area has a comparable track record of improving to serve you better.

Our guides separate us from the competition. With experience on world-class Whitewater Runs in North, Central, and South America, our staff leaders have the seasoned skills and know-how to provide you with the most enjoyable trip possible. The guides pride themselves on your positive experience. The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources certifies all guides at River Riders.
  To provide you with the best experience possible, River Rider's staff goes beyond the required training. With our new staff, we train on customer service skills, river ecology, wildlife, flora and fauna. In addition to learning how to skillfully maneuver river craft, new staff are trained in First Aid, Professional Rescuer CPR, and Basic Swift water Rescue.
  Among our senior staff we have in house First Aid and CPR instructors, Swift water and Whitewater Rescue Technicians and Instructors, EMT's and First Responders. Jefferson County Emergency Services calls River Riders to assist with all river related rescues in the Harpers Ferry area.

Well I have to admit I was a little nervous. When we first arrived we were greeted in a warm, friendly manner. Informed of the changing rooms & lockers. Then we had our video. It was good. Informative. THEN THE PARTY STARTED!!!!! We got our jackets, paddle, and helmet and we were rockin. Our guide Genell B. was awesome, she was funny, told us about the river and another historic events. She was very professional. The rafting was wonderful and we will be back for sure. It was awesome.*BEWARE* of the hill at the end of the trip it is steep. Thanks to Catfish for keeping me laughing. We will be back for sure.
