Francesco “Cesco” Ricchi, a native of Florentine, brought a family tradition of old world Tuscan cooking and the freshest ingredients to Washington DC where he founded Ristorante I Ricchi, in 1989, and has earned dozens of awards and honors for his Italian restaurants, including D’Acqua for the past 20 years.

D’Acqua’s chef, Enzo Febbraro is one of the hottest young chefs in the Washington DC area. He is a native of Naples Italy and has cooked at many 5 star hotels throughout Europe, as well as the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas.

D’Acqua’s menu includes our specialty fresh fish which is cooked salt crusted and baked in the oven, our classic homemade Tagliolini with seafood sauce and our Beef Tagliata, Florentine style.
