Extra Virgin is a fine dining restaurant with Italian cuisine in the heart of The Villages at Shirlington. They offer two spacious patio areas so you can enjoy their famous wood burning oven pizza with friends and family or so that you can indulge in Tuscan cuisine with a modern flair created specially by Chef Paul Anthony Fario, or Chefario as he likes to be called.
The menu features homemade pastas, delicious seafood, prime meat selections, daily inspired specials, and unforgettable desserts. On weekdays, from 11:30am-3pm, it’s the New Lunch Specials, $8 for Half sandwich with soup or salad and $12 for Endless Pasta Lunch with salad and dessert. There’s also the New Lunch Small Plates with menu items for $5 - $6 and desserts for $4.
